Sleeve Sealer Shrink Wrap Packing Machine

The automatic sleeve shrink packaging machine introduces foreign advanced technology, and the equipment performance is stable and reliable; the “PLC” programmable program controller is used to realize the integration of machine and electricity.

This sleeve sealer shrinkwrapper can be divided into two rows, three rows and four rows according to the production requirements. There is no support or shrink packaging.

When the packaging form is changed, only the switch on the panel needs to be replaced. Using worm gear reducer, paper feeding, film feeding is stable, no jitter.

Automatic sleeve sealer shrinkwrapper is designed for single items or no tray products.

The sleeve sealer machine is connected to the production line for automatic feeding, film packaging, sealing and cutting, shrinking, cooling and curing, and automatic packaging equipment without manual operation.

It can be packed into 6 bottles, 9 bottles, 12 bottles, 15 bottles, 18 bottles, 20 bottles, 24 bottles and so on.

The shrink sleeve wrapper adopts a specially designed sealing knife, the sealing line is firm, does not crack, and is not easy to stick.

The  material conveyor belt is wear-resistant and high-strength, and the vibration feeding device can be selected according to the bottle shape. When packaging color film, a full set of photoelectric detection will be added.

Accurate positioning, modular design and the replacement of different bottle shapes can also be completed immediately. The feeding conveyor belt can be designed as a left-side feeding method or a right-side feeding method according to site needs.

The automatic shrink wrapper adopts imported dual-air motors to evenly distribute the hot air in the furnace cavity, and the effect after shrinking is more beautiful. The adjustable hot air shunt circulation structure in the furnace cavity makes the equipment more energy-saving.

The solid steel rod is used to wrap the imported silicone tube. The chain conveyor is durable, the frequency converter controls the transmission speed, stepless speed regulation, super large air volume cooling system, the product is quickly cooled after heat shrinking, and the back-end shrinking furnace can be equipped with aluminum roller tables.

The product will not fall to the ground after packaging. It can be used with equipment such as automatic mixed packaging production line and post packaging production line.
